August 2023: Behind the Scenes with the FIRST LEGO League Ireland Team

Our warehouse was a swarm of activity in the busy month of August as we prepared for an exciting FIRST LEGO League MASTERPIECE season. In order to be ready, our hardworking team had plenty to do.

The creation of interesting and educational videos for our YouTube channel was one of the highlights.  Your teams can get ready for the new FLL season with the help of the many #tips and #tricks we’ve offered.  Learn how to turn your Spike Prime and how to drive forward and backwards.  Check out our team’s overview of this season’s Challenge mat and missions.  Get your #robot ready to go.  Let the games begin!

We were also hard at work with the incredible team in Dublin City University’s Institute of Education putting the final touches on the new Dublin City University Teacher Guide for the FIRST LEGO League Masterpiece Explore season. This comprehensive guide will serve as an invaluable resource for teachers, ensuring that they are well-equipped to guide their students on this educational journey.

Behind the scenes, our team was quietly preparing our warehouse for the shipment of FLL kits to Ireland.  Working in partnership with The IET - the official delivery partners for FLL in the UK and Ireland, we’ll make sure that students in Ireland have all they need to create their own LEGO-inspired masterpieces.
